We field USAG Competition Teams for compulsory levels 1-5. Gymnasts are invited to be on a team based on their skill-level as determined by our coaching staff. Teams typically compete in meets from January to April.

Gymnasts competing in USAG competition levels 6-10 create and compete unique skills based routines. These athletes compete from January through April and may qualify for State, Regional (lvl 6+), Eastern (lvl 9+), and National Competitions (lvl 10).

The Xcel Program is a USAG program of gymnastics levels that runs alongside compulsory and optional levels. The Xcel program is a completely separate, alternate program. Many parents want help deciding whether their gymnast should compete in the Xcel program or compete in compulsory and optional programs. Contact our staff for more information.
