Beginner Tumbling

  • Beginner Tumbling class will focus on the development of basic tumbling skills such as back walkovers, handstands and cartwheels. Major skills needed in order to be invited to Intermediate Tumbling: Bridge kick over, Back walkover, and a Round Off.

Intermediate Tumbling

  • Gymnasts will continue to increase their strength, flexibility and conditioning. A strong emphasis is put on form. Students will begin to advance to round-offs, front walk overs, and back handsprings. Major skills needed in order to be invited to Advanced Tumbling: Standing Back Handspring and Round Off Back Handspring.

Advanced Tumbling

  • Gymnasts continue to develop their body strength, conditioning and flexibility. They will strengthen front tumbling skills as well as back tucks and may continue to advance.
